I have extensive experience in teaching both Vietnamese and history in different settings, from teaching Vietnamese at the university level to middle school students in Hawai’i, and previously serving as a teacher of history in a high school in Vietnam. My teaching approach focuses on proficiency-oriented language instruction and assessment, emphasizing the development of communicative competence in Vietnamese language learners.

A sample H5P activity for novice-mid and novice-high learners of Vietnamese. Check my notes on this type of activity and how the same text can be used to design multiple tasks. I also wrote a practical article1 on how to leverage the H5P content type Sort the Paragraphs to design diverse instructional materials.
Please check my portfolio/instructional design to view other learning activities, courses, and tests/exams I have designed for my teaching and research.
