My professional experience includes various roles, such as a Vietnamese Instructor at University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, a Web Resources Coordinator at UH CSEAS, an E-Commerce & Logistics Manager at Hanalei Company, and a Technical Support Specialist at the Thai Nguyen University of Information & Communication Technology Center for Software Development. Additionally, I have worked as a Customer Service Representative at Diamond Media, JSC, where I developed my skills in client communication and problem-solving.
